Horrible customer service- Zando

Worst customer experience to date. Order is placed and they got their payment,and what do I get...nothing! Been more than a week and my order hasn’t been packed yet,send two mails with no reply. And goodluck trying to get hold of a service consultant,you will hold on forever and and eventually give up. Never supporting them again...my advise is to stay away. They will take your money and you won’t see your product.
