Horrible customer service Zando!

Three emails were sent to Zando, first one 30 April!!!. And no reply?? I can only wonder what kind of "employers" zando is hiring if they cannot even reply to an email?! Zando can't even get back to me regarding my store credit for two weeks. Is it laziness or complete incompetence?
