Horrible Customer Service from Zando

Horrible Customer Service from Zando. I bought a dress for R349 and it was too big so since you cannot exchange, I returned it and requested a voucher and they decided to send me a voucher for R267. I have been querying that for 2 weeks and no one is coming back to me. When I try to call the number that they provided on their website it does not go through. This is a total ******* and I will never buy from them again. I will only buy with the voucher because I can not loose my money and from there I will not buy from them ever again
