Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Service! I placed an order last week for Shoes. I then received a whatsapp from an unknown number at 10:30 saying its Zando they're outside my complex, however i only received and opened the message at 10:45. When i called the driver back he asked if he could do the delivery on monday and I asked him to do it today. He didnt try and call me on my cellphone number instead chose to send me a message on my whatsapp which is unprofessional. I phoned him back to requets he come back for delivery and he advised he is 7min away from my house which was his next destination but its to far to drive 7km back to me after the second delivery. He then lies to me and said he had another customer phone him for delivery but he sent me a screenshot of his call log 5min prior to sending me that message and no calls were placed between 10:30 and 10:50. I called him at 10:45 which shows! The driver made no effort to call me to advise he is outside instead an unprofessional whatsapp message and laughed at me when i said sending your customer a whatsapp message is unporofessional!
