Horrible Customer Service

I placed an order at Zando on Thursday the 28th of June and was told my order will arrive on between the 3rd and 5th of July, I only received my stuff on the 6th of July. Secondly when I opened the packaging the foundation was open and it had spilled all over. It is a Revlon colorstay foundation now the lid and the spraying tip is all combined into one, I have to literally pour the foundation on my hand in order to apply to my face,I have been calling since Friday and no one is answering.
