Horrible

Placed order after confirming i can swop size if it doesnt fit. Came too small. Arranged for it to be swapped, no reply on email. Called them and they confirmed they will swap sozes and not refund. Came to pick up ifems as arranged. Again no communication. Called them and they said they will replace next week. Then check on return and they say they changed their mind. They wont be exchanging anymore. After already agreeing and arranging to it. Even on the notes in their side its agreed, but they say they changed their mind and agent says its like that and thats the end of the story. Return order ***
