I cannot begin to describe the dissapointment I have for this company. Take forever to respond to emails and have no parcel tracking what so ever. Excuses about lockdown but your open to sell essential products. What a waste of time and money. Oh and more inconvenience than convenience. One guy keeps responding to emails, he's probably the only one still employed. I will be seeking full refund, as your lack of employees is not my damn problem. Please stop advertising 5-7 working day delivery because its a blatent lie.
