Hidden fees, cheap and nasty products. Never again!

I'll never order anything from Zando again. What a disappointment! It's a wriggly, unfinished, cheap, and nasty-quality shoe rack. It looks so much better in the picture. A third-party company contacted me because this product came DIRECTLY from China to me, and I had to pay an additional R125 shipping fee that was nowhere on the initial price. Sneaky and anything but transparent.
