Haven't received my order & no one can tell me why

I placed an order last week, i then received an SMS to say it would be delivered on Friday 4 September. My parcel did not arrive. I then inquired and was told my parcel would arrive yesterday. By COB yesterday, I called to esquire AGAIN, i was told that my parcel had been put onto the incorrect truck on the incorrect route and that I would receive delivery today. It is now 14h40, I have been on the phone with the call centre 4 times today and no one can get hold of the driver (how can contact his cell phone be the only method of tracking him down??) or tell me where my parcel is or when it will be delivered. I have been extremely patient, I have followed the process, I have called 8 times and still nothing!!! ZANDO this is the first and last time I ever order from you!! Where is my parcel??????
