HAS ZANDO CLOSED OR WHAT?!?!?

I placed an order on 25/11/18. Since last week I have been trying to follow-up on my order by phoning the call centre numerous times with no response as well as sending two emails with no response as yet. I am going on leave tomorrow and need my items!!!
