Excellent experience with customer service and follow up. I had an order to return , the returns process was easy and efficient. I had my doubts to be honest as it was the first time returning items purchased online. The paperless process was difficult to trust , however was very surprised that it worked so well. Pleasantly surprised and a very happy online shopper.
