Great service on shoe exchange

<p>I ordered a pair of sneakers from Zando, which promptly arrived, but unfortunately didn't fit at all. Upon closer investigation it turned out that the warehouse had provided a "size 6" instead of "size 8". I contacted Zando, got a very quick response from one of their consultants, Kelly, and after returning the pair of shoes soon received a new pair, correct size and fitting perfectly.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Kelly's email support was quick and friendly, the collection for reorder and new delivery was very quick, and I am very happy with my purchase.
