Great service and return policy

I ordered a handbag from Zandos online and i got my bag in great condition. It was for my girlfriends birthday and she only opened the bag after 2 weeks i received it as it was her birthday only two weeks later. After one days of use the bags zipper broke. After contacting their help desk via email within 2 hours i got a call back from Malikah from Zando telling me they will refund the bag or replace it. I don't have to worry about anything they will sort out everything. GREAT service and so quick. Best service i received in a while.
