Great Service

<p>I was leaving the country and had an order outstanding for about 7 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dealt with a consultant, Luqmaan, who assured me that my delivery would be completed on the Friday before I left the country. By Wednesday, I had received no shipped notification or any updates whatsoever, and Mr. Luqmaan clearly did nothing to follow up on the delay and ensure his promise was kept.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took Jill at Zando to sort everything out for me. Once I got a hold of their call centre and spoke to Jill, she took matters into her own hands, and by hook and by *****, she got me my delivery by Friday.
