Great Overall Zando Experience

Zando's customer service (phone and e-mail) is super friendly, patient and effective! They do not actually do exchanges but they were more than happy to when I explained I bought a sale item and believe that they will be sold out by the time I receive a cash refund. Also when there was a bit of confusion about which courier actually picked up my parcel, they were on the case - phoning who needs to be phoned - and located my parcel so that I can have piece of mind. Speedy and reliable service!
