Great customer service

<p>I have been a client for Zando for ages. Their service is getting better & better compared to other online shops. I bought a pair of shoes which was delivered 2-3 days later & same day I got the delivery, I requested a return-they didn't fit me well. They organised the driver to collect on 02.09.16. On 06.09.16, I got confirmation that they received the item & it was quality checked. I initially requedted a store credit but then later called them to have refund in EFT. Within minutes, I had a response from their dedicated team, requesting banking details & after I send the details, the lady who was assisting me (Chuma), confirmed receipt of my mail & that accounts department is busy processing my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great work guys. I really appreciate the service I get from you. I get my deliveries on time, as estimated & your customer service is great.</p>
