<p>I purchased an item from Zando that has a strict NO RETURN policy. I unfortunately bought the wrong size and just needed to change the size. We came to an agreement that should the item still be 100% in it's original packaging and unopened in any way they would be glad to refund me. Thank you Zando!</p>
