Great Assistance from Julia Tom

<p>I had purchased a brand name bag from Zando only to have it break a few months into use.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a quick email to the customer servce to complain, Zando and Julia were amazing in assisting me resolve the query, even with continuous back and forth and complications from the other Brand.</p> <p> </p> <p>Julia was polite and efficient in all her correspondence.
