goods not delivered

i bought a watch from zando. I called to track my order and delivery date and i was told i should expect it on the 31 of august 2015 around 5. but it never got delivered i called zando the following day but they still telling me the same thing. i thought i will be getting my order first SINCE I WAITED FOR MY deliver the previous day. im just NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES. MY ORDER SHOULD BEEN MADE A PRIORITY SINCE IT WAS NOT DELIVERED ON THE PROMISED DATE
