Good Zando service.

I bought some shoes last week which were the correct size but after receiving the shoes, it was not the right fit.

I couldn't request to return the shoes immediately as I was traveling but after returning to JHB, I did the request. Next day, they arranged to collect, no questions asked. They even refunded me their delivery fee after I thought they would only refund the monies for the shoes. Great service.
