Good customer service

Been a while since I bought something from Zando so the other day saw an ad from Facebook advertising Duvet Set so thought let me go check if they have anything on sale. I liked them ended up buying Everglade 144T Duvet Set Blue Leaf and 2 pillows with it. Received an SMS for the delivery time. on the delivery day when I saw it was 5 pm thought will not get my order that day. Guess what? Delivery guy called me at 18.30pm outside to delivery my parcel and was so excited. I even asked shame why work fo late. really appreciated those drivers working late to make sure we get our orders. The driver was so friendly as well.
