FRUSTRATED Zando Customer, second complaint

To this day I still haven't heard anything from this company and I still haven't received my money back, to all Zando customers no matter how long you been with them or if you have never received bad service I am tell you today NEVER shop with them ever, I have been a loyal customer of there's for over 5 years and I shop with them every single month, I have had bad experiences with them, but this one was the most putrid experience I have ever had in my whole life, they will sell you **** broken items and when they collect they will NOT REFUND YOU, for the amount of their broken item, take it from me, you may say that you have never experienced such trust me it's coming. If you value your Money please DO NOT shop on Zando online shopping EVER. I never thought that a company as huge as Zando that also sells international items could be Theives and rip customers off.
