Frustrated customer

Second time buying from them and just absolute horrible service for such a big online company. I have purchased a clothing item which the amount went off twice from my account PLUS my order got cancelled for no reason so as I followed procedures I tried contacting them of which I only got a response from yesterday, Monday 24th of February 202, but without any solution or refund on the clothing item I tried purchasing. I would rather take my business elsewhere as the service is just completely horrible although they state they will get back to you within 48 hours which is not obviously the case.
