Frustrated customer

Zando's speculation of delivery dates during this festive season is *******. Their entire service is *******. Placed an on 02/12/2019, paid almost instantaneously but sad to say still no delivery as yet. No communication from them for as long you dont call for an update. Futhermore they promise uou another date which also never materializes. I think its time to consider other online shopping platfoms. If i do purchase anything from them anytime soon, it wont be in the next 12 months
