Frustrated client......Bad online service provider

I don't really want to give them any stars their service is that pathetic. I requested a return on the 19th December 2019 its 2 months later and it still has not been resolved. I purchased a pair of shoes that ended up being to small, I didn't want a refund i just wanted to exchange it for a bigger size, but they can't exchange only refund!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY for an online service provider I call B...S..t Anyway its been 3 weeks since i gave them banking details but I guess a follow up from them is expecting a bit to much for an online store. They should just get out of the game because they clearly don't know how this business works. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD ***** 5 stars for the worse service ever!!!!!!
