Frustrated!

I placed an order on the 26th it was processed on the 27th 10:03 and is still being processed. The standard delivery time is 3-5 days but it is day 8 already and I am getting no feedback as to why my order has not being delivered, I tried calling on numerous occasions but I wait for more than 13 minutes with no answer. I am very frustrated as this is pathetic service and my delivery address is in Cape Town, I am surely hesitant to order anything from them again.
