I placed an order on the 13May and I received an email on the 19th of May that my order was shipped the borrow started when I tracked my status on the 4 June that its delivered but I didn't receive the order. I've been sending emails since then only to receive an email from Carl saying I have received the order . Recently they have been sending emails that I should rate the product I received . I have sent emails ,Facebook posts and Instagram and they not replying . This was my first order with them and will be my last .. I have exhausted all means to communicate with them with no reply from their side .
