<p>Two weeks ago i bought an item from Zando and psid for it online i even paid an extra fee"2Day epress delivery" for it to be delivered within two day's but i got my product after four day's, no contuct was made to me to say there was a delay with the delivery i had to call and them, even after calling them i didn't get any help, i sent them an email that was then they rep****. On that email they promised me that they will refund or give me a discount. That was the last time i heard from them.</p> <p>Last week i purchased clothes worth R870 from zando and paid an extra R60 for them to be delivered the next day, this time it was worse they cancelled the order all together after they deducted money from my cheque account. Again they didn't bother to inform me what happened, i had to call them and ask. The lady from zando i was speaking to on the phone was clueless and she was not helpfull.. once again i sent an email and they rep****, on that email they said the payment was not reflecting on their system but it will be reversed. On another email they stated that the money was reversed and it is out of their hands.</p> <p>Guess what!! This morning "after four days" i checked my bank account and i find out that im overdraft because a payment of R870 was made to zando, the very same money that was supposed to be reversed back into my account!! zando banked it yesteday but they told me they reversed it a couple of days ago. I even called the bank and they confirmed that zando banked my money so they cand reverse it. Now i don't how am i going to get help.</p>
