First time order and already the worst experience!

Ordered an item online, received a text and email saying it is out for delivery, however a few hours later nothing. Called the offices to ask what's going on, said the delivery failed. What's the point of putting contact details down, if the drivers does not phone? Utterly *******. Will never use or recommend the app ever!
