First and last Zando transaction

<p>Really disappointed with Zando. This was my first order and I am still waiting for delivery. According to the website the "order has been dispatched". This update was on 13-12-16. Today is 19-12-16. My initial order was placed on 28-11-16. I had spoken to 2 different agents on different days and they both told me the order was going to be requested from the supplier and then shipped to me the next day. I am still waiting for the order until today. I sent an email to ********** on 12-12-16 informing Zando about my disappoint with the service and advising them, due to th delay, not to bother sending me the order, but to rather refund me. I also asked that they do not send me and email apologising about the delay. I did not receive any response from Zando after that email either. I don’t see myself placing an order on your website again.</p>
