F#CK YOU ZANDO!!!!

Received my order from ZERO, I mean “ZANDO”, I beg your pardon on the 14 May 2020, processed the necessary “RETURN” application accordingly, & why am I not surprised it has been 66 days that I am still waiting for these items to be returned and my money to be credited, reading the below comments gives me no hope whatsoever, I stand a better chance finding a cure for HIV/AIDS!!!! Beyond frustrating how pathetic customer service is not to mention how unprofessional it is that no call center services are provided not even a courtesy customer call for urgent matters, over 50 emails sent to which I only receive the automated “resolved” **** from the *********** staff on hand who seem to lack understanding the language of English. I have even attempted to ask if I may courier the return items myself to no avail. Bottom line ZANDO are absolutely USELESS and their entire entity needs to be SHUT DOWN, it’s only a matter of time. I urge those who read this to purchase from SUPERBALIST, TAKEALOT, COTTON-ON, all are immensely impressive, customer service is also on point. ZANDO are a bunch of ******* who do not belong to the online shopping market, they do not belong to any market they should and will soon enough be NON-EXISTENT, MARK MY WORDS!!!! F#CK YOU ZANDO!!!!
