False advising false price beat policy

Zando has a price beat option which they do not adhere to

I have forwarded proof of an item selling at a better price and they have not responded for over two days now

They cannot adhere to their own policies by the time they action match the price the stock will be sold out this effectively denies the consumer the the price beat option they give in writing this is unacceptable you could swear they don’t reply in time ensure stocks sells out preventing them from having to drop the price

This price beat option they have is not in place and so effectively is false advertising something Consumer protection act don’t take lightly

I will be reporting them to the ombudsman
