False advertising and no response to complaints

I purchased boots from Zando, thinking they were leather as advertised, but on receipt I found that they are not leather. I emailed Zando on the 27 April, 6 May and again on 12 May, I also tweeted them, but have heard nothing. Except for automatic response with reference number 738776.
