False advertising and ignoring my request for a refund

<p>I ordered a pair of wolverine raider 6 boots. The advert on the app said it does have a steel toe. And i mailed them before i purchased it to confirm it has a steel toe and the enquiry department said that it do indeed have a steel toe. I received my order but to my dissapointment it does not have a steel toe. I would like to have a refund. I cant use the boots for work because it does not have a steel toe.</p> <p>When i enquired before i paid they where quik to respond. Now they ignore me. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. And will post my complaint on all the company review websites to make the consumers aware.</p>
