False advertising and extreme bad quality

I have ordered 2 items with Zando , Glory star Zando Global, the items are not as on the adverti*****t, they advertised something that they not selling and they quality is disgusting..I sent an email to Zando and they want to charge me for the bad quality they sold me... Zando Global is disgusting and they false advertising
