False advertising

I ordered 2 items from Zando. Received an email back within a day to say one item was out of stock but that other was being ordered. After non - delivery 10 days later, called Zando only to find out that the second item was out of stock as well - why I had to wait to find that out? Both items are still being advertised in the same size on their website - false advertising. You also have to call and ask for a refund. I shop online all the time and have never had these kind of problems. Wouldn't recommend them.
