Never Shop at Zando!!!! False advertising and Customer service is terrible. I had seen that Zando had a price beat feature and I had been eying the Daniel Wellington Watch that Zando had R3240. I used price check and found a store that's selling it for R1480 so I email Zando sent them the link and it took 2 WEEKS before they could return my email saying that the website is not trustworthy and it could be a Parallel Import. Price check is a trusted search engine and they would never allow a company to sell **** goods. I therefore email Zando again and they said they would only give me a R400 discount which is not only for me but the very next hour there was a 20% discount on all Daniel Wellington watches. I emailed them and it's been 3 MONTHS and I still haven't been contacted by them. If you are reading this please shop at Superbalist-they're way more customer oriented and they sell quality goods.
