Failure to Deliver 9 days after order was placed

The delivery section/drivers needs to be fired. You can not have a parcel with you for 9 working days and all the time you claim to have contacted the recipient of the parcel but the recipient has no Miss call or even Voice mail or SMS indicating you have tried to deliver the procured items.
