Failed to deliver... TWICE! Bye Zando!

I placed 2 orders 10 days ago with Zando and i still haven't received them, despite having received a mail from them yesterday informing me that my order had been dispatched. This is disappointing, especially given that i have placed orders on other sites namely Superbalist (the best!) and Planet 54 long after I did on Zando and they delivered withing 48 hrs. All these sites, including Zando advised about the high order volumes but the other 2 managed to deliver... just not Zando. How disaappointing... 10 days vs 48 hrs
