Extreme Poor service

I have placed and paid for my import order on the 6th of May 2021 and until today I am still waiting with no communication whatsoever. and the only way to talk to them is via the live charts, and all i get is excuse after excuses and useless apologies. My order was supposed to be delivered between the 28 June& 6 July :( :( And to make matters worse they dont want to refund me
