Exceptionally bad service!

Placed an order on 2 Dec. Was supposed to deliver on 11 Dec the latest - no delivery. then they promised me on 13 Dec - still no delivery. Its 17 Dec now and still nothing. no answer to numerous emails, social media and phone calls. Pathetic service!
