Had an amazing experience with them. Needed to return 2 items as they were not suitable and the process was flawless. Sharon from Zando was very helpful when I was a little confused by the return process. Pargo is their return partner and they were excellent. Was kept updated throughout the process. Excellent service from all. Rare in this day and age.
