Good day <br> I purchased a bag from Zando in August 2015 as a gift for my sister. In October I called them as the zip of the bag broke. Zando did not hesitate to replace it after I send them pictures of the bag. I paid in the difference and ordered a different bag. Thank you Zando!!!
