EMPTY PROMISES ON REFUND!!!!!

I ordered a jean from Zando late November and did not like how it looked, I put in a request and it was collected before the 14 day policy was up.<br> I received an email on the17th of December stating that they had received my return and I would have my refund within 10 working days. The 10 days went by and I did not receive my refund of R259 for order number ***, till today. I have made numerous calls and I have been told that I will get it on the 5th of January 2016 but, to no avail. <br> I do not want a voucher,I want my money refunded into my account and I AM TIRED OF GETTING THE SAME STORY ABOUT 7 OR 10 WORKING DAYS OR BACKLOG!!!!!<br> The service is appalling!!!!!
