EFT not allocated for 4 days!

Hi Zando, please can you urgently sort out payment allocation for order numbers *** (Neil Gurr) and. *** (Shelley Gurr). These orders were placed and paid for via eft on 28 May and proof of payment was sent to [Email Removed] on 29 May when they both received payment reminders. Today is the LAST day that these payments can be allocated to the order before these orders are cancelled. Please sort out this matter urgently as the references have been triple checked as well as all the payment details thus I do not feel that they should be adversely effected due to a mistake and complete lack of service on your side
