efficient refund!!

While I work in the customer services environment where nothing but awesome customer service counts, Dominique from Zando's support team was great in solving my refund query. After one screenshot she knew exactly what to do and even though it takes 3-5 workig days to process a refund, I received mine even before this timeframe :)<br> <br> Thanks Zando<br> Roxanne
