Seeing some of the negative reviews here I decided to write a review of my own as I have always had very good experience when shopping on Zando (since 2015).

Even recently they handled my query very professional - even though they informed me about a delayed response time due to increased volumes. this is obviously not ideal, but I am sure the Zando guys will get back to their normal response time asap. I do appreciate their transparency and especially friendly tone in all their communciation.
