Dress not quality checked before delivery

<p>I am a first time zando customer and I bought a dress online for the very first time. I received my dress pretty quick however I was very disappointed as the dress had grey like stains on a black dress and this clearly was not quality checked before been delievered to me. I called the call centre immediately and was promised that the dress would be collected from me the very next day and a new one delieverd and they apologised for the inconvenienvce. It is now 2 days later and I am still waiting for the damaged dress to be collected and the new one delievered. I again called the call centre Friday (30.06.2017) to make them aware that I was still waiting and so I continue to wait in fustration.</p>
