Dont order on Zando - poor service and take 20 days and longer to receive your order

Avoid using Zando at all cost.

Not only is Zando *********** but they don't even supply the stock from Cape Town (their warehouse), I have been waiting for over 11 days without receiving my order, and I'm not even sure how much longer it will take.

I placed my order online with Zando for a pair of shoes for R 1200.00 on the 07 April 2023, the courier delivered the incorrect shoes on the 17 April 2023. They sent me the wrong color shoe and the wrong size, I am very upset as I paid for this and was expecting the correct item.

After contacting Zando I was informed by Coswel at Zando (Team Leader) that my transaction was a "third party supplier" and they have no control over it and I have to await feedback from the third party. This is as if Zando have washed their hands clean and said "I CANNOT HELP"

Coswell promised me a call on the 17th April 2023 that the 3rd party would contact me but they did not instead I had to call Coswell again and all he could do is say "I thought the third party was going to contact you"

I then contacted Coswell and he said that the "third party" sent my shoe to the wrong customer and I received that customers shoe in error.

I would have thought Zando is a well equipped online shopping store but clearly I was fooled and everyone out there shopping online should be refrain from ordering on Zando as they deal with "third party suppliers" and they do this for advisting space as Coswell informed me and Zando are not really concerned after they have your payment.

We are very reluctant to use online for great deal but everyone using Zando should think twice, how is it even allowed that they treat customers with such poor service?

AVOID ZANDO AT ALL COST - will save you less stress and money at the end of the day.
