Don't buy online from Zando

I placed an order on 6 May for shoes and a jean. The incorrect jean was delivered, one which I did not order. A cheaper jean was delivered and I immediately contacted Zando on 7 May. After several days they finally rep**** on 19 May (12 days later!) that the jean will be picked up and my account credited. All I wanted is for the correct jean to be delivered. Today is 9 June and the jean has still not been collected and I need the new jean as part of my clothes to work.
